Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư Phát triển Thành Đạt trân trọng gửi đến Quý cổ đông/nhà đầu tư công văn giải trình giải trình chênh lệch lợi nhuận sau thuế Qúy 3/2019 thay đổi vượt quá 10%.

Theo đó, Lợi nhuận sau thuế tại Báo cáo tài chính riêng Qúy III năm 2019 là 3.289.204.481 đồng và tại Báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất Qúy III là 2.288.587.776 đồng giảm lần lượt 22,58% và 46,27% so với cùng kỳ năm trước.

Nguyên nhân chủ yếu dẫn đến lợi nhuận sau thuế trên Báo cáo tài chính riêng và hợp nhất sụt giảm chủ yếu đến từ Chi phí tài chính tăng do trả lãi vay ngân hàng và Chi phí quản lý chung tăng do phân bổ lợi thế thương mại khoản mục đầu tư tại Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư Phát triển Hạ tầng Khu công nghiệp Đồng Văn 3.

Thanh Dat Investment Development JSC would like to disclosure the explanation about the significant change (over 10%) of after-tax profit between financial statement of the 3rd Quarter of 2019.

Accordingly, the after-tax profit in the Seperate Financial Statements for Quarter III of 2019 is VND 3,289,204,481 and in the Consolidated Financial Statements for Quarter III is VND 2,288,587,776, decreasing by 22.58% and 46.27% respectively. with the same period last year.

The main reason for the decline in profit after tax in the separate and consolidated financial statements mainly came from the increase in financial expenses due to interest payment of bank loans and general management expenses increased due to the allocation of goodwill of Investment items at Dong Van 3 Industrial Zone Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company.
