Ngày 14/7/2020, Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước (UBCKNN) đã nhận được tài liệu báo cáo phát hành cổ phiếu để tăng vốn cổ phần từ nguồn vốn chủ sở hữu số 88/2020/DTD ngày 29/06/2020 của CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Thành Đạt (Công ty/ mã CK: DTD). Phương án phát hành của Công ty thực hiện theo Nghị quyết ĐHĐCĐ thường niên năm 2020 số 01/2020/DTD/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ ngày 28/05/2020, Nghị quyết HĐQT số 85/2020/DTD/NQ-HĐQT ngày 29/06/2020 về việc triển khai phương án phát hành cổ phiếu tăng vốn cổ phần từ nguồn vốn chủ sở hữu và các quy định của pháp luật.

On July 14, 2020, Statement Securities Commission (SSC) has received the report on share issuance to increase share capital from equity source No.88/2020/DTD on June 29, 2020 of Thanh Development Investment JSC (Company/ stock code: DTD). The issuance plan of the Company is implemented according to the Resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020, No.01/2020/DTD/NQ-DHĐCĐ dated May 28, 2020, the Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 85/2020/DTD/NQ-HĐQT dated 29/06/2020 on the implementation of the share issuance plan to increase share capital from equity capital and the provisions of the law.
