Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư Phát triển Thành Đạt trân trọng gửi đến Quý cổ đông/nhà đầu tư báo cáo tài chính riêng và báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất Quý I năm 2020 của Công ty năm 2020.
Quý cổ đông lưu ý: Trong quý I năm 2020, Công ty CP Đầu tư Phát triển Hạ Tầng KCN Đồng Văn III đã thay đổi chính sách hạch toán doanh thu. Cụ thể: từ ghi nhận doanh thu cho thuê cơ sở hạ tầng theo từng năm chuyển sang ghi nhận doanh thu một lần. Do đó, công ty phải điều chỉnh hồi tố số đầu kỳ trên báo cáo tài chính quý I theo chuẩn mực kế toán số 29 “Thay đổi chính sách kế toán và các sai sót”. Việc thay đổi báo cáo tài chính của Công ty Đồng Văn III làm ảnh hưởng đến số dư đầu kỳ của báo cáo hợp nhất quý I/2020 của Công ty CP Thành Đạt và khác số liệu trên Báo cáo tài chính năm 2019 đã được kiểm toán và công bố trước đó!

Thanh Dat Investment Development JSC would like to send our shareholders/investors the Company’s separate financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the first quarter 2020.
Notice: In the first quarter of 2020, Dong Van III Industrial Zone Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company has changed its accounting policy of revenue. In detail: changing from “equally divided to 70 years” to 01 year (once record). It mean that revenue will be converted to one-time recognition. Therefore, Thanh Dat had to retrospectively adjust the number at the beginning of the period on the first quarter financial report according to Vietnam accounting standard No. 29 “Changing accounting policies and errors”. The change of financial statements of Dong Van III Company affects the opening balance of the first quarter 2020 consolidated report of Thanh Dat Joint Stock Company. This is a reason why there are a lot of differrents between the first quarter 2020 Financial report and the audited financial statements of 2019!
