Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư Phát triển Thành Đạt trân trọng gửi đến Quý cổ đông/nhà đầu tư công văn giải trình giải trình chênh lệch lợi nhuận sau thuế Qúy 4/2019 thay đổi vượt quá 10%.

Theo đó, Lợi nhuận sau thuế tại Báo cáo tài chính riêng Qúy IV năm 2019 là 3.840.493.429 đồng và tại Báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất Qúy IV là 3.341.319.422 đồng giảm lần lượt 10,17% và 24,6% so với cùng kỳ năm trước.

Nguyên nhân chủ yếu dẫn đến lợi nhuận sau thuế trên Báo cáo tài chính riêng và hợp nhất sụt giảm chủ yếu đến từ sự giảm Doanh thu bán hàng và cung cấp dịch vụ của công ty và Chi phí tài chính tăng do trả lãi vay ngân hàng.

Dear shareholders/investors

Thanh Dat Investment Development JSC would like to disclosure the explanation about the significant change (over 10%) of after-tax profit between financial statement of the 4rd Quarter of 2019.

Accordingly, the after-tax profit in the Seperate Financial Statements for Quarter IV of 2019 is VND 3,840,493,429 and in the Consolidated Financial Statements for Quarter IV is VND 3,341,319,422 decreasing by 10.17% and 24.6% respectively with the same period last year.

The main reason for the decline in profit after tax in the separate and consolidated financial statements mainly came from the decrease in sales and the increase in financial expenses due to interest payment of bank loans.
