Phương án phát hành của Công ty thực hiện theo Nghị quyết ĐHĐCĐ thường niên năm 2021 số 01/2021/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ ngày 19/4/2021, Nghị quyết HĐQT số 02/2021/NQ-HĐQT ngày 29/4/2021 về việc triển khai phương án phát hành cổ phiếu tăng vốn cổ phần từ nguồn vốn chủ sở hữu và các quy định của pháp luật.

The issuance plan of the Company is implemented in accordance with the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2021 No. 01/2021/NQ-ĐHĐĐD dated April 19, 2021, Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 02/2021/NQ-HĐQT dated April 29, 2021 on the implementation of the plan to issue shares to increase share capital from equity sources and the provisions of law.
